Tears have been spilled today
the great dam has finally crumbled
the time has come to pay
for every pound for which it stumbled.
Blood has been shed today
instinctively, no thought nor purpose
with every drop, a silent wail
to every question mute response
Pain has rejoiced today
its lethal scent still lingers here
for every spore a violent sway
for every breath a deadly spear
With every tear a touch of pain
With every blow a drop of blood
